Developed a website to show my Saints fandom
Description
This is a site that has been created in order to show my dedication to the New Orleans Saints Football team. On the home page, you will be greeted with a title and a little bit of text underneath it welcoming you to the site. The background image of the homepage represents the inside of the Saints training facility, located in Metairie, Louisiana. As you scroll down the page, you will notice three squares that are placed, underneath a title of "Our Values". This section, and these cards, are meant to represent the values that all members of the team and staff are expected to represent everyday. Under the values section, we have a "Key Players" section that lists three players for the team that have a large impact on the teams success. The players listed are running back Alvin Kamara, wide receiver Chris Olave, and cornerback Marshon Lattimore. The final section on the home page is used as a location to share quotes from coaches on the team.
The second page of the website is all about the history of the New Orleans Saints. The website is structured in a timeline format, where the inception of the team in 1966 is located at the top of the page. As you start scrolling down the page, you will notice other cards that include special days in Saints history and the date that they happened on. The timeline ends with the final card highlighting the most important day in Saints history, February 17th, 2010, the day they hoisted the Lombardi trophy.
The third and final page of the website is dedicated to the rivals of the Saints. On this page, the three division rivals to the Saints (Falcons, Panthers and Buccaneers) are listed, alongside a brief description of the history between them. Also included in the description is the current series head-to-head between the Saints and each of their rivals.
